Obtained LLB Degree from University of Delhi in May 1990. Enrolled as an Advocate on 17th July, 1990, and continuously practicing as an advocate now having standing and experience of 30 years at the Bar.

Member Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, FICCI, ICA, DRT, International Bar Association.

Participated various Seminars /Conferences in India /Abroad.

In early stages of his practice i.e. from July 1995 up to September 1996, Mr. Vashisht had been associated with Suri & Company: a Law firm.

Mr Vashisht well versed in areas such as Litigation, Mergers & Acquisition, Corporate.

Mr.Vashisht in legal practice has advised small businesses, Medium Enterprises & Listed Companies on Corporate matters, ranging from Contract, Anti-trust /Competition laws.

Mr.Vashisht has an active practice in the Indian Courts & in International and Domestic Arbitration. He has represented Corporations & Individuals in dispute in banking, corporate & Commercial Litigations, tort, medical and Professional negligence.

Mr. Vashisht is actively appearing in the High Court of Delhi, Company Law Board /Now NCLT /Competition Commission of India /National Commission, various District courts and forums in Delhi & Supreme Court of India, having sufficient knowledge of and experience in Civil and Criminal matters.
